CEO of SPOT Consulting to Provide Keynote for Dominican Call Center Delegation

June 20th, 2010 – Austin, Texas – SPOT Consulting LLC today announced that CEO Alton Martin is providing the keynote address for the Dominican Republic’s Center for Export and Investment Delegation. The meeting will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street. Martin’s keynote will focus on near-shoring trends in business process outsourcing including why companies should be considering destinations closer to the U.S.
